Here are some quick troubleshooting tips:

  • You must have an eShipity account and be logged in to make a purchase.
  • You will need to select a "shipping method" in the bottom left of the checkout page.
  • (You do not have to use PayPal to pay). You need to have/create a PayPal account and will need to log in to your PayPal account when prompted during checkout. You don't need to have money in your Paypal account. eShipity uses PayPal Express so you can easily use your credit/debit card and Paypal is just the secure processing system for you to use).
